Jenny Heng
Jenny Heng is a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor with extensive experience across Audit, Corporate Services and Human Resource Administration. She was a partner of Heng Lee Seng LLP since 2009 until the cessation of the firm at the end of 2025.

Background and Experience
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Commerce (Information Systems and Management) from the University of New South Wales. In addition, she is a Certified Employment Agency Key Appointment Holder registered in Singapore.
She began her career as an auditor with both a mid-sized audit firm and an international Big Four accounting firm in Sydney, Australia. Her early exposure to diverse industries gave her a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and audit assurance.
At MHSG, Jenny has expanded her expertise beyond audit to lead the firm’s corporate secretarial, payroll, and HR administration services. She works closely with clients to ensure seamless compliance with Singapore’s employment, tax, and company regulations.
Jenny’s role in MHSG brings together technical expertise and practical insight to help businesses operate efficiently and stay compliant. She believes in building long-term partnerships through personalised service, clear communication, and efficient solutions that simplify business management for clients.
