Payroll Outsourcing

Our payroll outsourcing solutions cover the following:

  • Review of employee status and statutory obligations regarding CPF and Skills Development Levy (SDL) based on residency status, age and salary bracket
  • Review of contribution requirements to Self-Help Groups (SHG) based on employee residency and salary bracket
  • Coordination with the company on salary disbursement instructions and monthly payroll processing (including claims)
  • Payment of salaries and claims via interbank GIRO to Singapore bank accounts
  • Preparation of monthly payroll reports including payroll summaries, employee payslips, CPF Advice and CPF Returns
  • Distribution of password-protected payslips to employees by email
  • Management of CPF and statutory contribution through the employer’s CPF e-submission account
  • Assistance with CPF account registration and liaison with CPF Board on payroll related matters
  • General advice on employee hiring and termination procedures
  • Employee leave tracking and management
